Here at KTL, we have achieved a full 12-months in the ‘Green’ on Vodafone projects.

𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟭𝟮 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘀:

- Nearly 300 sites have been worked on.

- A third of works have been audited – Demonstrating proactive monitoring, with KTL exceeding internal KPI’s and auditing 25% of our this project works activities .

- Only 1x client NCR raised – From client site auditing during the course of 2020, KTL has had only 1x NCR raised from site activities, this was for documentation rather than any unsafe act being observed.

- Audit NCR rate is 11% measure on audits vs audits with NCR.
