It was wonderful to present a #KTL donation cheque for €40,000 to St. Anne’s Special National School, The Curragh, Co. Kildare this week.
A special thanks to KTL staff for all the fundraising efforts to help reach this target.
KTL is a proud charity partner to St. Anne’s Special National School for over a decade. This donation cheque is for 2020; due to covid restrictions, the cheque presentation was delayed.
St. Anne’s Special National School is a co-educational school for pupils between the ages of 4 and 18 who have been assessed as having either a moderate or severe/profound general learning disability.
Many of the pupils have additional needs such as physical disabilities, sensory impairment, or autistic spectrum disorder.
We would like to extend best wishes to Pauline Dempsey, Principal of St. Anne’s Special National School who will be retiring this month.
Her service to the school for over 40 years is remarkable and we would like to wish her every happiness in her upcoming retirement.
