Every day we hear about and seek out information on the most effective means of maintaining and improving our mental health. So much of the information out there focuses on methods of dealing with the results of poor mental health, but what if we could proactively prevent the consequences of poor mental health before they ever occur?

We can engage in better eating and exercise habits to ensure healthy bodies; how can we do the same for our brains? On a recent Real Health Podcast, Karl Henry was joined by Kimberley Wilson, a psychologist who encourages others to consider the brain in a more physical way, as we would the heart or the liver.
