Jul 12, 2022.We’re excited to announce KTL’s 60 Days Exercise Challenge!Exercise for 2km or 20 minutes per day for 60 days.You can do any exercise, suggestions include:- Walking- Jogging- Running- Bike ridingFresh air and exercise makes everyone feel good!Participants who complete the full 60 Days will be entered into a prize draw to win one of five cash prizes worth €100/£100!
