KTL is recruiting for the following open roles:


1. Senior Quantity Surveyor

The successful candidate will work from home with occasional visits to either KTL office or the client.

They will work with the project management team to ensure all project costs are effectively managed. The ideal candidate will have at least six years’ experience as a PQS and will come from a construction or civil engineering background, preferably with experience in the telecoms sector.


2. Electrical Supervisor

The successful candidate will combine working from home with visits to sites across the UK.

The role involves auditing KTL’s electrical contractors to ensure they are conducting safe electrical works, being compliant with legal requirements and, project specific standards.


3. Delivery Manager

The main responsibility of the role is to manage the build and implementation of sites.

The role involves: setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring, and summarising progress of the projects and key members within the team.

The successful candidate will ensure the effective and safe delivery of the project to the required time, cost, and quality requirements under the highest levels of health and safety management.


4. Rigging Supervisor

The successful candidate will need to have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, a full driver license and be able to cover sites nationally.

The main responsibilities of the role are to supervise, provide direction for all rigging personnel working on site and arrange appropriate training for all rigging employees to ensure crews are fully compliant with health and safety requirements.
