Need to Have

  • Min 3 years in similar role

  • Extensive knowledge of logistics

  • Manual Handling Training

  • Up to date forklift ticket and full driving license

  • Previous experience in warehouse environment essential

  • Proficient use and knowledge of software such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook

  • Excellent client service skills

  • Handling and recording all material and all related paperwork

  • Check In and Out stock/material

  • Perform weekly, monthly stock takes and inventory checks.

  • Pack call-offs and check before dispatching to site

  • Ensure the efficient loading and unloading of transport vehicles

  • Ensure the stores are kept in a tidy and in a safe manner at all times

  • Be aware of and ensure compliance with the SHEQ Management System

  • Order material and request PO’s as required

  • Update and use the ESB systems on a daily basis

  • Update and use the KTL ERP and WMS systems on a daily basis

  • Any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager
