The primary role of the Project Coordinator is to support KTL Power project activities ensuring that key milestones are achieved in a timely manner and to a high quality standard. This role forms an integral part of the project/s success.
Job Scope
Needs to Have
-
Experience in a project management/health & safety office environment advantageous.
-
Proven proficiency in IT skills- specifically MS Office; experience with project tracking tools an advantage. Leaving Certificate and a Business/IT/Engineering qualification.

Good technical aptitude.

Health & Safety
-
Assist in preparing H&S documentation as required to ensure a high standard is accomplished & maintained on projects

Maintain the Training database
-
Assist in identifying training courses based on training matrix

Assist in data input to safety data trackers as required

Must be aware of all H&S policies & attention to detail is critical

Assist in ordering of PPE
Documentation
-
Ensure project data is saved in the correct locations on SharePoint and any other project specific data storage locations. This element needs to be reviewed weekly for accuracy.

Remind Project Managers of any gaps in project data.
Handover Documentation
-
Assist the Project Managers in the preparation of site specific documentation for the Client to a very high standard within predefined deadlines.
Tracking of Information
-
Track project specific information on a daily basis across all areas

Ensure all information is available to the project team if required
-
Attend project kick off meetings and any others as may be required throughout the project

Liaise with Project Managers to ensure Client KPI’s & SLA’s are being adhered to
