Last week, several members of the KTL team took time to reset and recharge

As part of our ongoing wellness programme, we hosted a 𝘎𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘭𝘦 𝘚𝘰𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘤 𝘔𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 session facilitated by Nuala Keegan in partnership with Work Happy Wellness.


The session focused on gentle, natural movements and mindful breathing - starting from the desk and flowing into full-body awareness, helping participants release tension and refocus for the day ahead.


Here’s what it meant for our team:

 🧠 Space to reset mentally and physically

 ⚡ A boost in energy and focus heading back into work
