Employee feature: Meet Tom Luck-Bradshaw

We’re delighted to spotlight Tom Luck-Bradshaw, Recruitment Manager at KTL, who is leading our UK recruitment strategy.

With over a decade of experience across agencies, in-house, and leadership recruitment roles, Tom brings a people-first approach to hiring—focused on transparency, respect, and long-term career development.

When asked what led him to KTL, Tom said, “I was on the lookout for somewhere I could really put my recruitment experience to good use—ideally a growing company making a proper difference in telecoms. Sometimes biding your time and waiting for the right opportunity really does pay off. KTL caught my eye straight away.
