Congratulations to Ricardo Jr Zagala, Frederick Magtibay and Gilbert Escorpion on their recent well-deserved promotions to Person in Charge of Work (PICW).

Frederick Magtibay, “I’ve learned so much from KTL staff — their guidance helped me become a PICW. I’m so grateful because this promotion helps me grow and support my family, and I’m always excited to help my colleagues and complete every job safely.”

Gilbert, “When I started, it took time to adjust but I kept focused on my work to show my skills as a linesman. I was very happy and surprised when I was promoted — and now I’m excited to learn more and share what I know with my colleagues.”
