2025 KTL prize winners announced for the MSc Project Management & Innovation Programme at University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, Scotland.

The University of Strathclyde recently announced the 2025 prize winners for the MSc Project Management & Innovation programme, sponsored by KTL. The annual KTL prizes recognise exceptional academic performance, innovation, and professional excellence demonstrated throughout the programme. This year’s recipients have distinguished themselves among a highly competitive cohort.


2025 KTL Prize Winners

  • 1st Place – Alessia Grimoldi

  • 2nd Place – Gregory Kelly

  • 3rd Place – Trudy Mansbridge


The awards were presented last week during a special gathering held ahead of the formal graduation ceremony. Representatives from KTL Paul Korzeniewski, UK Business Development Director and Ava Kerr, Project Manager, attended the event to present engraved trophies and recognition awards to the winners.


Programme Director Dr. Ranjit Das commended the students for their outstanding achievements:


“The 2025 group has demonstrated remarkable resilience, creativity, and leadership. Their project work reflects both technical rigour and real-world relevance, with several students delivering solutions that directly address current industry challenges.


Alessia, Gregory, and Trudy consistently excelled throughout the programme—not only in their academic performance but also in their professionalism and contribution to the learning community. We are delighted to see their hard work recognised.”


Dr. Ranjit also expressed appreciation for KTL’s ongoing commitment:


“KTL’s continued support enables us to celebrate excellence in a meaningful way. Their partnership reinforces our shared commitment to developing future-ready project management professionals who can thrive in complex, fast-evolving industries.”


KTL has partnered with the University of Strathclyde for the last two years, supporting student development through awards, mentorship interactions, and industry engagement opportunities.
