Need to have

• At least 5 years’ experience in similar role

• Good IT Skills (Excel, Word, Access etc)

• Qualification in Project Management

• Team management skills

• Ability to communicate at all levels

• Health and Safety accreditation i.e. IOSH, CDM (Desirable)

• Vendor experience (Desirable)

Need to do

• Ensuring KTL is fully financially covered all planned activities

• Organizing site by site reviews with all stakeholders

• Ensuring Delivery build trackers are accurate and up to-date and aligned with the customer

• Assisting the Senior Project Manager with managing the resource available on the project and prioritising workload to ensure maximum productivity

• Ensuring all Milestones (Access, Permits, HW, subcontractors, RAMS, etc) are cleared for the delivery of the site

• Working along with the Program Manager to ensure full and effective utilisation of field resources

• Assisting the Build Managers in preparing “Scope of Works” within the constraints of time, cost, and quality

• Managing and co-ordinating of Sub Contractors to deliver to SLA’s

• Anticipate and capture deviations from plan or schedule early and keep all affected parties informed, propose & implement solutions

• Develop good relationships with the Customer

• Preparation of reports (Key Performance Indicators and Dashboards) for weekly review with directors

• Communicate the Plan to the Customer in an effective manner and ensure all meetings/calls are properly documented with clear actions against all

• Flag any commercial issues to Senior PM/QS to maximise both revenue and margin

• Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety Policies

• Conducting formal audits of sites for Quality, H&S, CDM compliance following build completion as required
