Be aware of and ensure compliance with the SHEQ Management System
Update and use the ESB systems on a daily basis
Comfortable using KTL software programmes as required.
Engage with the Project Manager/Supervisor to identify the customers who have a stakeholder with the relevant project
Contact customers via appropriate means to establish the correct customers and identify their requirements for access.
Record all necessary information for ESB Pole locations and highlight any potential issues with associated ESB apparatus.
Highlight requirements for plant and equipment to complete necessary works.
Meet customers and provide advice on the Project Programme with the intention arranging and agreeing access arrangements
Make required visits to the customers location to engage on access issues as required ensuring the correct permissions are in place prior to the build works commencing.
Proactive in addressing any concerns customers may have after works are completed which might impacts client relations.
Develop appropriate solutions to any deviations found through customer / client feedback
Record all interaction on the hand-held devices and feedback all information to the project team.
Ensure “Right First Time” culture is maintained throughout all works.
