Project Coordinator x two
The primary role of the Project Coordinator is to support KTL project activities across multiple clients, ensuring that key milestones are achieved in a timely manner and to a high-quality standard.
This role forms an integral part of the project/s success.
The Gating Engineer will have responsibility for agreeing the technical solution for the site, including communication of the agreed solution to the project team.
They are an integral part of the success of the various project(s) delivery across the organisation.
The successful candidate will combine working from home with visits to sites across the UK.
The role involves auditing KTL’s electrical contractors to ensure they are conducting safe electrical works, being compliant with legal requirements and, project specific standards.
Senior Quantity Surveyor
The successful candidate will work from home with occasional visits to either KTL office or the client.
They will work with the project management team to ensure all project costs are effectively managed.
The ideal candidate will have at least six years’ experience as a PQS and will come from a construction or civil engineering background, preferably with experience in the telecoms sector.
The successful candidate will need to have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, a full driver license and be able to cover sites nationally.
The main responsibilities of the role are to supervise, provide direction for all rigging personnel working on site and arrange appropriate training for all rigging employees to ensure crews are fully compliant with health and safety requirements.
