Job Scope

The Poling Supervisor shall be required to manage Poling crews from a site level on behalf of KTL. This includes the completion of particular projects delivered Right First Time, to H&S standards and within budget.

Needs to Have

At least three to five years’ experience in a similar role with a proven understanding of the OHL Poling Standards
Strong understanding of project methodology and experience in delivering
Live poling Experience desirable but not required projects Excellent oral and written communications User of MS
Office package, and other app-based platforms (.ie ArcGIS)
Strong organizational ability to look after multiple poling

Supervise KTL and sub-contractors poling crews assigned to projects
Ensure site works are properly scoped, and any issues identified are reported in a timely manner to the project team.
Ensure projects / site are completed safely, on time, to client quality standards and within budget
Establish and maintain quality standards and project methodology across all site works. Complete site safety and quality audits in line with project KPIs
Ensure health and safety compliance is maintained in accordance with KTL’s and Client policies.
Undertake all necessary actions and support to facilitate achievement of the delivery of project/s targets in terms of time [programme], cost and quality
Be fully familiar with client specifications and ensure all project teams are aware of and deliver on technical requirements.
