The primary role of the Project Co-ordinator is to support project activities, ensuring that key milestones are achieved in a timely manner and to a high quality standard. This role forms an integral part of the project/s success.
Job Scope
Needs to have
-
Previous experience in UK mobile telecoms industry essential.

Experience in a project management/office environment advantageous.

Full drivers license.

Proven proficiency in IT skills- specifically MS Office; experience with project tracking tools an advantage.

Good technical aptitude.
Need to do
Health & Safety

Prepare H&S documentation on a daily basis to ensure a high standard is accomplished & maintained. Must be aware of all H&S policies & attention to detail is critical.
Site Access
-
Adhere to communicated procedures to apply for access into various 3rd party sites. Maintain professional relationships with site providers, ensure any issues are reported immediately.

All information must be tracked on a daily basis and communicated to both the crew on site and project managers.
CRs / Permits
-
Apply for CRs across all operators on a daily basis within relevant restricted lead times.

Handover Documentation

Responsible for preparation of site specific documentation for the Client to a very high standard within predefined deadlines
Tracking of Information

Track project specific information on a daily basis across all areas of project coordination – access, crs, H&S.

Ensure all information is available to the project team if required.
Information Flow

Work as the interface for the project team (between Project Managers & Site Workers) and channel and coordinate the flow of information within the team.
Quality

Adhere to company & client quality policies and ensure that daily work promotes the concept of quality.
