Andrew Kozlowski, who has recently joined KTL as a SHEQ advisor, is our latest employee story. Andrew is currently working across two projects which are based in the UK. He performs an advisory role within the project team on all matters relating to health and safety including carrying out both visual and remote site audits. 

 

Describe your current role and responsibilities?

I am currently a SHEQ advisor for KTL. I am currently working across two projects which are based in the UK and I perform an advisory role within the project team on all matters relating to health and safety including carrying out both visual and remote site audits.

How is your own personal growth in the company going?

My personal growth working for KTL has been on a constant upward curve. The support and guidance I have received from management and my fellow health and safety professionals at KTL has been overwhelming. Confidence in my role is also increasing as I continue to work on some important projects.

 

What do you enjoy about working in your role?

My overall satisfaction comes from knowing that my advice can allow the work on the projects to continue in a safe manner and that means the safety of the rigging crews. The industry is fast paced, which I also enjoy. I can be conducting health and safety audits in different parts of the country and also taking part in team meetings and presentations during a usual working week.

 

Andrews performance since joining KTL has not gone unnoticed by his project director Paul Korzeniewski. “Andrew is a new addition to the team and despite this, he has taken the bull by the horns and integrated into a large, fast paced project with ease. No task is too big, he continually clears down his workload with ease and minimal input from the project team. He has been a great addition to the team and will be an asset to KTL as he continues to grow within the company”.

 

Outside of work Andrew is a keen hiker and enjoys being outdoors playing football or running. He likes to travel when given the chance and enjoys eating good food.
