Substations
KTL installs substations for ESB Networks in Ireland and have completed over 20 projects countrywide. This has covered 38kV, 110kV and 220kV and has included projects in live stations.
The scope varies, but typically covered:
- Control buildings
- GIS support structures
- Steelwork assembly
- Plinths & Traffo Foundations
- Groundwork’s – retaining walls, drainage & ducting
Along with our JV partner (Gaeltec Utilities), we also offer sub-station turnkey services i.e. Design, Supply, Installation and Commissioning. We have won 5 such projects since 2008.
