The company head office is based in Naas with modern office space, warehousing and incorporated custom built technical training centre. Overall the company employs over 230 personnel and full-time contractors. In addition, KTL retains a committed sub-contractor base who we call on when demands require.
The company also has a comprehensive network of personnel, office and warehouse support at strategic locations countrywide.
In 2008, KTL formed a joint venture with a Portuguese company, Gaeltec Utilities, and is currently working on a BoP element of a 48MW wind farm project for ESB Wind Development Ltd.
KTL has recently signed an exclusive global deal with C&F Wind-Energy for the installation of Microgeneration Turbines on telecoms sites.
KTL has strategic partnerships with well established companies in Ireland. The primary relationships outlined (Threefold, TowerCom,) our sister companies;
- Threefold Project Management - is a specialist Acquisition, Design & Construction rollout company for telecommunications networks, along with other industry contracts
- TowerCom – this company has acquired over 300 strategically located towers from Eircom nationwide. TowerCom owns, manages and leases space for telecom equipment on these towers.
The company is accredited to ISO9001 (Quality) since 2004, ISO 18001 (OHSAS) for Health & Safety since 2005 and more recently ISO 14001 (Environmental) since early 2009.
